ÓSCAR SANCHEZ LORENTE, henceforth the RESPONSIBLE, through this document, collects its Cookie Collection and Processing Policy, in compliance with the provisions of the article 22.2 of the Law 34/2002, July 11, of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

Cookies are stored on the user's terminal (computer or mobile device) and collect information when visiting the website www.gcmediacion.com, in order to improve its usability, to know the browsing habits or needs of users in order to adapt to them, as well as obtaining information for statistical purposes. In the case of those users who are already clients of the RESPONSIBLE, the information collected with cookies will also be used for your identification when accessing the different tools that the RESPONSIBLE makes available to manage the services.

Classified according to ownership:

  • Own cookies: sent and managed directly by the RESPONSIBLE.
  • Third party cookies: sent and managed by a third party other than the RESPONSIBLE, anonymously, with the purpose of carrying out statistical studies of navigation on the web pages of the RESPONSIBLE.

Classified according to their purpose:

Classified according to their duration:

  • Session cookies: collect and store data while the user accesses the website.
  • Persistent cookies: collect and store the data on the user's terminal for a variable period of time depending on the purpose for which they have been used.

The storage time of cookies will depend on the type in question and will always be the minimum necessary to fulfill their purpose.
