PRIVACY POLICY

For the purpose of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of 27 of April of the 2016 ÓSCAR SANCHEZ LORENTE, henceforth the RESPONSIBLE, with NIF 41525483H informs the User that his personal data will be processed in order to provide the requested services and send him information about our company that may be of interest to him.

Sending and registering personal data

However, those responsible and in charge of the treatment or, if it happens, its representatives must keep the record of processing activities referred to in the article 30 of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679, unless the company or organization occupies less than 250 people, with the exception that the treatment carried out may entail a risk for the rights and freedoms of the interested parties, did not follow occasional, or include special categories of personal data indicated in the article 9, removed 1, or personal data relating to convictions and criminal offenses referred to in the article 10 of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679.

Finally, l’article 5.1.f) of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 determines the need to establish adequate security guarantees against unauthorized or illegal treatment, against the loss of personal data, accidental destruction or damage. This implies the establishment of technical and organizational measures aimed at ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of personal data and the possibility (article 5.2) to demonstrate that these measures have been put into practice (proactive responsibility).

Accuracy and veracity of the data provided

The User who sends the information to the RESPONSIBLE is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating the RESPONSIBLE from any responsibility on this subject.

Users guarantee and answer, in any case, of accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them properly updated. The User agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.

The RESPONSIBLE is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own preparation and for which another source is indicated, for which reason it does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that could arise from the use of this information. The RESPONSIBLE is exonerated from responsibility for any damage or prejudice that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions, in the information provided by the RESPONSIBLE whenever it comes from sources other than the RESPONSIBLE.

Transfer of data to third parties

The RESPONSIBLE will not transfer personal data to third parties. Nevertheless, in the case of being transferred to a third party, prior information would be provided requesting the express consent of the person affected pursuant to the article 4.11 of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of 27 of April of the 2016.

Data conservation

In any case, the conservation time will be indispensable, and will have to be maintained at a minimum:

The User has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by the RESPONSIBLE, thus showing interest in the information published on the Network. By joining our page, gives us his consent for the processing of those personal data published in his profile.

The User can access the privacy policies of the Social Network itself at any time, as well as setting up your profile to ensure your privacy.

The person RESPONSIBLE has access to and processes that public information of the User, especially, your contact name. These data, they are only used within the Social Network itself. They are not incorporated into any file.

*limitation: This is a precautionary measure that reduces the processing of personal data to conservation. The cases in which the interested party will have the right to obtain from the person responsible for the treatment the limitation of the treatment of the data are assessed by the norm and are:

The User can always control their connections, remove content that no longer interests you and restrict who you share your connections with, for this you will need to access your privacy settings.

Publications

The User, once joined to the RESPONSIBLE's page, can post in the latter comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. The User, in all cases, must be the holder thereof, enjoy copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of affected third parties. Any publication on the page is expressly prohibited, either texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. that they attempt or are likely to attempt against morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or infringe intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to the image or the Law. In these cases, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to withdraw the content immediately, being able to request the permanent blocking of the User.

The RESPONSIBLE will not be responsible for the content that a user has freely published.

The User must bear in mind that his publications will be known by other users, therefore he himself is primarily responsible for his privacy.

The images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file by the RESPONSIBLE, but they will remain on the Social Network.

Contests and promotions

The RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to hold contests and promotions, in which the User linked to his page can participate.
